PROJECT: RG18

A Business Park in Berkshire housing numerous manufacturing and processing operations consumes high volumes of electricity, therefore Solar PV was identified to minimise electricity consumption from the gird. Following a full initial site survey, the design team proposed the solution of 3 separate solar arrays for the farm’s fibre cement pitched roofs, putting otherwise ‘dead space’ to good use generating clean energy.

More than 600 panels were fitted, making up a combined 150 kWp system that now generates an estimated 135,000 kWh of electricity each year.
