A 20-storey development offering accommodation in an area which is being completely transformed. Set in a prime position within a short walk of Croydon’s newly regenerated town centre. A proportion of the energy requirements of the building will be provided by renewable energy, resulting in carbon savings over and above those required by Building Regulations.
Our aim was to integrate energy generation to assist in minimising the carbon footprint of the development.
